Pros
The volume knob is for strong nimble fingers. Beautifull and able to mange your sound. Great sound and rockin' bass.
These speakers sound great and are reasonably priced. Build quality appears excellent. Sliders get dirty pretty quick.

Price
I wanted a system with both bass and treble controls and the price is twice as much compared to a system without those two.
Packaging/appearance
It is harder to get it out of the packaging than it is to set it up.
Competitiveness
I found the creative labs to be an excellent buy for the price.
I looked for a mid=priced system since it appeared the reviews on the $150-250 systems said they weren't worth the price.
The reviews indicated that it was better than the bose ones at a better pricepoint.

I ordered more expensive harmon kardon speakers that were defective so i returned them and ordered these
