Pros

Great little organizer. Exactly as advertised. Pleased with purchase.

Sturdiness and durability is #1! It is not flimsy at all. The latches are very strong and hold the lid very securely when full.

These clip-ins are great for traveling. The latches work great, and snap open and closed nicely. Double latch to secure the contents.

Love the adjustable dividers. Bottom of the inserts are curved to fit the profile on the bottom of the box. The wall dividers fit very well and hold all items in their sections.

Box is strong, durable and easy to customize. Easy to use the dividers to make my own specialized individual compartments. I really like how durable this box is, as i dropped it by accident.

Cons

The 9th compartment is very small (smaller than a little finger) and is not adjustable. My main complaint is the divider pieces do not stay in place. It is flimsy and not worth owning!
