Ill start by saying that im a pc user and not an xbox 360 user which i understood to be the main target users for this headset

As others have commented the packaging is that horrible formed plastic that can shred figures with ease however i dont count this as a product flaw its merely a 5 minute annoyance

The headset comes with a plethora of cables aimed at xbox 360 and hdmi type connectivity

The one problem with this headset is that you needed to order extra components for it to work with hdmi

When you put them on remember you need an hdmi cable which is not supplied with it not mentioned as needed you donot hear anything but sound coming from tv directly so you only interact with your game

Overall this headset is a great investment the only minor niggle i have is the abundance of cables required it looks kind of a mess when plugged in but unfortunately unless youre going to be spending substantially more for a wireless solution this is unavoidable

I bought the headset as part of the black friday deals for around £30 and i would have happily paid a few pounds more
