This card is simply fantastic. I know it's not high high end, but it certainly packs a punch. Produces brilliant rich full bodied sound. First rate product for serious audiophiles.

Using my tritton pro+ headset i get good sounds from the dolby digital and the 5,1 surround is great. Crystalvoice effects to morph your voice into munchkins, elfs or orc etc.

Great enhancement for any high end gaming rig. The card delivers on all fronts. Together the sound is awesome for that combined price range.

Main card features four changeable op amps for those who want or need to customise. One for the purists. Replaceable op amps.

Cons

Software is terrible! Really poorly coded. Re-installing the drivers does not solve the problem. I am absolutely furious that i have spent a lot of money on a card which apparently is not suitable for purpose!

The zxr builds on that, providing even clearer and louder sound over my 5.

Its a step forward compared with my previous xfi fatality champ.
