Bought 2 pairs theyre almost unusable due to the following reason whenever theyre connected on normal mode not le it happens that if theres some interference from other devices one of the buds its random which one its always the one thats not directly paired starts having intermittent cuts

If the cuts are too frequent it sometimes happens that the bud with issues stops working until reconnection

Using a single bud works always fine whichever bud is used when connected on normal mode other le devices can still see and connect to the buds even if the case is closed and the buds are not in paired mode which makes no sense

Email support was supportive although they told me that its not a common issue which is weird as the only other amazon review seems to have the exact same problem they offered me to perform an rma or to wait for a firmware update
