Theres no need to set your phone on time lap as you can connect the remote control via bluetooth which is very easy to do

I absolutely love this light it is well made and easy to use it sits at the perfect height if you have it on a desk or dressing table while you are seated and it is easily adjustable to gain the right angle that gives you the best lighting for what you are doing it connects via a data lead it doesnt come with a 3 pin plug but you can obviously use it with a phone charging plug

It also comes with a wireless remote control to take the pictures via bluetooth on your device very easy to set up mine found the device straight away
