Seller offered refund and never followed through.

The slot to place pouches in is only big enough for the pouch to go into absolutely perfect. The lamination quality is so bad. Does not heat at all even after being left plugged in and heating for over 30 minutes.

If you want a laminator that actually works well and doesn't break the bank, this is the one for you.

I was letting things hang without any support and they shifted causing bubbles.

This was a great buy for the price.

This laminator was $10 cheaper than that one too plus it has both a hot and cold setting whilst the scotch only had hot.
