As for fogging use the spit spray and it worked for 20 min but then fogging started not terrible but enough that i had to stop and give a few spits

The only thing i would note is that on the clear pair anything in your peripheral line of vision looks super close and distorted

I tried the toothpaste method to no avail rub toothpaste on the inside of the lense with your finger
