For those who are interested it comes with a very nice clear plastic case but on mine the hinge which is part of the molded case had shattered in the shipping box

As for fogging use the spit spray and it worked for 20 min but then fogging started not terrible but enough that i had to stop and give a few spits

I have learned my face is on the smaller side so if thats not the case for you it may be too small

As others have mentioned they fog up badly unless you remove the silicone coating on the inside of the mask
