Pros & Cons
Pros
It comes with a sheath that can both be worn on your weight belt as well around your leg using the rubber straps provided. The sheath comes with rubber belts to strap it to your leg while diving. I have 17 inch calfs which i think is the biggest size ... Read More
The point is very nice, and the grip is ergonomic. The way you have to grip the blade to remove it forces you to readjust your grip. The blade has some heft to it.
Cons
The medium was too big.
Highlights
Quality
The blade is strong and should have no problems handling underwater challenges as needed.
This particular knife seems pretty well made.
The blade is sharp and will cut through most things you'd want without being too sharp that it's a problem.
It is possible the design has been updated, because the knife i got locks firmly into the sheath with a protruding notch on each side.
Packaging/appearance
That said, what you get out of the box, i'm pleased.

There were a couple of downsides to it
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
One was that only one side of the blade was truly sharpened and somewhat poorly at that

Secondly the quickrelease feature of the sheath is not really needed as just giving it a good tug will be enough to get the blade out of the sheath

It might help keep it from accidentally dislodging on its own too easily while diving but i wouldnt assume it was completely secure with the lock mechanism as it is

In theory its an excellent idea but the execution was a bit poor

Youre supposed to be able to squeeze the sides to release the knife however the knife is able to slip out by itself with enough wiggling

It does take quite a bit of effort but still it shouldnt be able to come out by itself at all

If youre diving in open water i doubt youll have any issues with it but if youre diving somewhere where youll be regularly rubbing up against things then theres a possibility it comes out by itself which is no bueno
