Above the lenses as part of the frame design there are some small vents the function of which is unclear but may be to assist with perspiration not misting up the inside of the lenses

Not heavy good protection for the sunglasses this is the sort of case youd normally happily pay for as a separate item

The frames fit my female face comfortably and the lenses are quite wide so cover the eyes well although i am used to a sportier style which wraps around to a degree so did find that i was unaccustomed to the slight light leakage around the edges with this different style
