Thick, not watery, and also has some grit to it. I like it, gritty toothpaste bothers me.

I love that it feels like it's gently removing crud from your teeth! Without having to use whitening strips or expensive dental whitening products. It works and its not a tray or strips which i have never liked using with my braces.
