Best time is right before bed for lasting effects and the most convenience. The strips are non slip and is easy to apply. Comes with 10 packs of strips and one light.
Cons
My boyfriend and i who bought boxes now hyper sensitive teeth and only 8 slightly whitened teeth. I’m sure the product is great, crest always is, but my light came malfunctioning. I feel like the light is a gimmick and probably doesn't do much.
Not good enough and a pain to have to return this. I was also refused a refund.
