It works when used per the instructions. I am pleased with the results that i'm seeing so far. For best results, they recommend you use it twice a day for 2 weeks.

The twist mechanism is inconsistent, and the brush tip makes application messy. The gel has an unpleasant taste and thick texture, making it uncomfortable to use. Only 2-3 shades lighter on a small section of my teeth!
