Pros

The tooth paste has just enough grit to give you a smooth feel and fresh mouth after brushing.

This is by far the best toothpaste i have ever used, much better than colgate. I wish they would make the cap a flip, like colgate. Crest has added these active crystals to the paste to kind of softly scrub my teeth clean.

Cons

"this tastes terrible to me & is way too gritty.

This toothpaste has sls in it. It is very difficult to rinse it out of the mouth and off tongue. Each pack of toothpaste expires october 2023. Crest says that is not the way they ship the product.
