It is misleading and misrepresenting. Company refuses to answer emails about returns or refunds.
The bristles are not terribly flexible and the ball endings are small, so it sort of scratches your head, and not in a good way. The inside brush panel pops out and will not stay in place when brushing my head. The bristle length is not the same. Just... Read More

Excellent brush was not sure what to expect but it does help with volume and detangles hair really well.
Eliminates static and brushes all types of hair just right
Old one was 8 years and cracked one day.
I have fine hair and find that the brush, rather than lightly gripping my hair, tends to snag it, making it very uncomfortable to use.
Price
This brush performs so well and it has a wonderful price.
I have paid much for brushes i like a lot less!
