I am just upset with cricut in general that i had to purchase this in order to use my cartridges with a new machine

I did have to contact customer service for assistance because when i plugged in the adapter it would ask me to plug in a cartridge and that is as far as it would go

Customer service had me go to the cricket website and do an install of the new machine there at which point we learned the install i did from the program on my computer did not install all the proper plugins
