This is the 2nd heat press (1 was a mini) that has faulted out completely. It gets way hotter then it states on the machine it will all the sudden say 409 when it is set at 300 and then shut off. It works fine if you only press very occasionally, but ... Read More

Most people seem happy with their presses, so i can only assume i got a dud with bad electronics, but i'm not willing to try another one. Dissatisfied customer. When purchasing another one will get an off brand with 1 yr warranty.

Overall it's saved us hundreds of dollars on expensive t-shirts by making them in-house with this device.

This is so easy to use, and is much cheaper than the bluetooth version.

Fast shipping, product works like intended to and packaged well.

Packaging/appearance

Item was as described and well packaged.

It was not the color stated as i ordered the raspberry and was sent a baby blue but other than that i am happy with the product

Competitiveness

Overall price was not too bad either, looked at a couple off brand versions but decided to go with name brand because you pay for quality.

A million times better than an iron, not as good as an expensive clamshell heat press.
