It does an awesome job at providing quick and even heating. Comes with additional support via online website and app. It lets you know when ready and countdown the time when in use to remove from project.

These machines are faulty! Has been nothing but problems. I'm not sure if the defect is only with the mint one, because they sent me a pink one as the replacement. How can this be fixed.

It keeps overheating. Burned 3 t-shirts, wasted a lot of ink and supplies. Clearly it's no longer able to regulate heat and it's a hazard to use.

Dangerous and very unreliable. It is heavily marked down no doubt because of the many flaws. Terrible service, and unhappy customer.

Received a defected item and have not heard back. Awaiting a call back from cricut customer service. Ahold to send back and not use anymore.
