Cons

Cricut designspace app is glitchy and constantly encounters errors. The design space is useless. Customer service is limited and not very helpful. Uninstall the beta app and install a non-beta version of the app.

Amazon says it is not eligible for return, even though it is supposed to come with a 1 year warranty. I'm outside the return window but luckily amazon made it right and refunded me. This was listed as a used-like new item, with only the packaging bein... Read More

Stickers don't stay in place when printing. The rubber rollers don't roll properly. The print and cut feature is also off. I believe the rubber roller should be over the roll pad.

Cricut says it is their policy to not refund no matter what. I've never been involved in such a scheme to bilk people out of money. Someone with this seller disputed their credit cards and sold me a product that no longer will work.
