I did change the seat as all bike seats are unbearably uncomfortable for a nice wide one

The at home service by a handyman was a disaster but a bike professional got it to work perfectly after making all the adjustments

The first thing i noticed was how well it was packaged literally every inch was covered

One minor flaw was the chain guard was bent on delivery so i had to pull it back to make the chain stop hitting it during rides

I think that’s probably to be expected during shipping however it was impossible to remove the chain guard as the bolts were so over tightened from the factory
