The only thing that i really had to figure out was installing the stem since the websites directions are for the base model and not the pista model

First the brake pads are borderline unsafe and need to be replaced almost immediately

Second the pistastyle bars are way too low and uncomfortable im 511 and it felt like i was touching my ankles in the drops

Aside from those issues this bike is awesome for the price with a few minor upgrades this bike is just as good as an expensive fixie
