Quality
Very impressed with the bike, straightforward construction and running well around 60 miles in.
But for the price, this is an excellent and versatile product.
However, i *did* have a question, so i posted it to westridge per the contact info provided with the bike - and received no response.
Overall i'm really happy with the bike.
Packaging/appearance
Arrived with packaging damage but all components were unharmed.
Was torn between the medium and large frame based on height recommendations.
Competitiveness
Definitely recommend for a fair priced commuter or city bike.
Very easy to set up, great bike for the price.
I left it as a single speed and don't use it as a fixie.
2 minutes with a dremel tool did the trick.

As a previous reviewer noted the bike came with a chain guard but no mounting points for it a little confusing at first but no big deal straight to the recycling bin it went

Fortunately a quick google search found the assembly instructions online problem solved but i would have had a more positive opinion of the vendor if theyd just responded to my email

Ive put around 800 miles on it since purchasing 7 months ago and its been a great bike so far

The back tire developed a slow leak because the valve stem was crooked user error but after adjusting the tube the problem went away

Id recommend staying away from riding in packeddown snow and ice because the tire is not meant for gripping in these conditions
