Pros & Cons
Pros
This medium sized pan is excellent quality, and i've already ordered another. This is a heavy pan, and then heavier when you load with lasagna.
It bakes evenly and cleans up easily. Best practice is to soak and wipe. Don't use harsh cleansers or scrubber.
Great size for the microwave for soups, oatmeal and the like. Almost doubled our lasagna recipe from our usual corning glass 13 x 9. I have staub pots and le creuset tea kettles, and i think this crock pot lasagna pan is just beautiful.
Cons
The enamel on this pan is extremely thin and it came already chipped. The pan looks nice but it should not flake off after one use. It is way too heavy to be practical.
Highlights
Quality
I am delighted with how it looks and cleans up.
I love the product that oven roasted my brussels sprout recipe perfectly.
Price
The price was good, the size was perfect, so handwashing is the only down side - and i don't think that's too bad a deal.
Took the chance and ordered them because price was reasonable.
Packaging/appearance
This could have been prevented with better packaging.
Competitiveness
It is slightly smaller than typical 9x13 pans but the size is adequate for all my needs.
All the attributes of the more known brands for an affordable price.
Prettier than looks online, and not much different than the le creuset look.
