The 3rd time i could really tell it seemed like the lid barely had a seal i sent him to work with it today this will be day 4 i cant see the seal on the inside put lid lasting more then a week

This thing is awesome and heats up soup great for lunch the only issue i have is the cord keeper in the base of the unit doesnt hold the plug that well it easily falls out and unravels the cord

With covid19 microwaves are not available at work now we can have hot lunches easily and leftovers arent going to waste

Only downfall is a when you roll up the cord and try to attach it to the bottom it is sometimes hard to click into the space
