Reheating rice is amazing - the microwave dries it out but this little crockpot creates steam which keeps it moist. I have used it a couple times at work & it heats up perfectly.

I like my lunches hot and this did the job nicely. The texture is nice and smooth, matte so it doesnt look cheap at all.

The power cord is meant to be rolled up on the bottom and stored under the crockpot. Will plug right in to any outlet at the job site or into any converter in his truck. I always plug it in 30 minutes before lunch and everytime the food will come out ... Read More

Cons

It warms really well but since i first got it, the lid sticks. There's a prong to keep the inner liner from turning but on the second use the encasement broke, making the prong useless.

This is a terrible replacement for my previous model and i deeply regret purchasing it. I was happy to receive it as a xmas gift, but my fingers bled thru 3 bandaids and all over my desk. I am so distraught that it is not working anymore.
