Pros

Bought for husband's lunch, every time another coworker sees it, they want one. The texture is nice and smooth, matte so it doesnt look cheap at all. Lightweight and holds a lot.

Needed soemthing for taking hot lunch for day ski classes for my kids and gave this a try. Cleans-up fast. No leaks and easy to clean - the food container part is completely removable.

Cons

The lid to the inner container is very difficult to screw on, and is almost impossible to remove after food is heated. The metal pin doesn't hold it in place, so you have to remove the (hot) inner container from the outer plastic one.

The concept is good but the design is flawed. The picture is deceptive! I am so distraught that it is not working anymore.

I've got an off-brand food warmer that's a lot cheaper than this for $8, and it works great.

It's great and saves a lot of money instead of eating out.

Not worth the price for our family as it is very small.

If it wasn’t so pricey it would work great for cheese dip at a party.
