Pros

I always plug it in 30 minutes before lunch ( as a student ) and everytime the food will come out very warm. Will plug right in to any outlet at the job site or into any converter in his truck.

Cons

It warms really well but since i first got it, the lid sticks. There's a prong to keep the inner liner from turning but on the second use the encasement broke, making the prong useless.

This is a terrible replacement for my previous model and i deeply regret purchasing it. I was happy to receive it as a xmas gift, but my fingers bled thru 3 bandaids and all over my desk. I am so distraught that it is not working anymore.

I've got an off-brand food warmer that's a lot cheaper than this for $8, and it works great.

Highly recommend if you are trying to stay in a budget or keep from eating out but still want hot good food.

I bout it on sale and the price was right.
