Pros

Everything comes out delish. They stack for storage. A little clunky to clean.

Love this oblong pressure cooker. I love the oblong shape and being able to brown/sear for example. Love the pressure cooker performance, but cleaning the gasket is difficult.

Great tasting recipes and so darn fast. Perfect size for a chuck roast. Roast, ribs and chicken livers. Did a (small) pork roast in the pressure.

It does everything it says and exceeds my expectations.

I have used this a few times now, all with the pressure cook option.

I am considering purchasing the 5qt for when i have to cook larger quantities.

I started having problems with the cuisinart february 2003.

I also wish the manual included with the product had more specific cooking times with pressure cooking various foods.

Price

Price was high but i paid it to have the convenience of both a pressure and slow cooker.

Competitiveness

I am coming from a 6qt instant pot, and this crockpot is much more intuitive and user friendly so far.

It was a little runnier than the yogurt i made in my round version.

I had the round one, but an older model.

Toss out that crappy , overpriced roadpro stuff.
