Pros

Easy to use, auto shutoff takes worry over monitoring time or forgetting. Only complaint is i wish the cord was longer, it's very short, so i have to do a bit of maneuvering in my kitchen when i use it.

Cons

This barely holds 3. If you put it or leave it on the warm setting it burns your food. Very unhappy with this feature.
