Pros

Love the crock pot. Low, high, and warm settings via a simple knob.

It is large enough to make a potroast or a huge amount of soup. Super easy and delicious. Made a batch of chili for our family cook-off.

Cons

Amazon says it isn't warranted or returnable? Would not recommend or buy again. They need to apply my return and send me the proper info to get my refund.

There were like scuff marks on the outside of the crockpot. It's hard to get it seated properly on the ceramic pot. The lid barely even stays on. Spend a little more and get a better quality cooker.

For a long time i had this one along with the old crock pot that did not have a separate insert.

It is affordable for it's high quality.

I've had minimal experience with the locking lid since i don't bring it to potluck dinners, just eat at home.

I never go to bed with the crock pot on and never leave the house if it is on either.
