Cleaning is a breeze, and the features are intuitive and easy to use. No * to malfunction. Got it last nite, cleaned it this am and loaded it up shortly after.

Cons

I am not a happy costumer and i want this issue fixed. Unfortunately even though only third use past return period. Wrapped it back up and sent back.

Lid to crockpot came broken. Pot barely heats up. Temperature runs way too hot for a slow cooker crock pot.

This is an issue for two reasons, one, pressure builds and because it’s not sealed, will release from under the lid. Burn hazard on exterior when hot.
