Pros
The handle gets hot on the stovetop so you need protection when you go to lift it. The pan itself is beautiful and the enamel coating is even. These take less maintenance than the pure cast iron cookware i've used in the past.
Also love the colour. Like creuset but less expensive! Very pretty and functional. Works great. Looks, and feels sturdy.
Little hassle, and only a little delay. Put boiling hot water in pan with vinegar let sit for 30mins. Easy to clean, and should last a lifetime.
Cons
Visible and tactile divots and pin holes in coating. Handle is chipped. Will probably just buy a le creuset at this point.

Quality
The quality of this skillet makes me question why it's tears on the market are priced so vastly higher.
First time buying 'crockpot' brand of enamelled cast iron cookware and was very pleased with the result.
Hopefully it will be better with use/time.
Shipping
It came properly packed in its own individual box within the shipping box and in perfect condition.
The first one i received had the enamel chipped in multiple places and was just thrown into the amazon shipping box.
Taped the original box back up, printed out the shipping label amazon emailed me, slapped it on, dropped it in the mail.
Packaging/appearance
Lovely pan, super-well packed, sturdy and great enamel coating.
Competitiveness
This is a very high-quality product that is comparable to any of it's much higher priced peers.

It looked like the pan had been dropped in the warehouse and packed up for my order anyways

I returned it to amazon who shipped me out a replacement same day as i filed for a return and before theyd gotten the damaged unit back

Try not to burn food into the enamel

Still you can bleach the enamel periodically overnight with a mild solution if a mild coloration patina build over time isnt to your liking probably once every 612 months if you require them to be returned to their original condition i dont

Note that this is coloring only you can run your fingers over the enamel and it feels perfectly smooth no material build up of any kind
