Pros

I like that it is a manual knob vs a electronic keypad. Warm water and dish washing soap. No scrubbing. Love the locking feature for transporting.

This 9 x 13 crockpot is perfect for anything that has a topping on it. Can put the crock in oven and bake then transfer to base if needed. I own 7 different crockpots for all our holiday meals and finally i don't have to worry about anyone getting sic... Read More

Cons

The crock pot is cute but it really doesn't get very hot. The shape is not suited to chili’s beans and soups. Lid is still short and doesn't lock.

Very disappointed. And i see it is not returnable. How disappointing.
