Pros

Love the crock pot. Low, high, and warm settings via a simple knob.

It is large enough to make a potroast or a huge amount of soup. Then i fish out the chicken, easily mash it up and each person adds the sauce. Made a batch of chili for our family cook-off.

Cons

The one i was sent was a bigger (7 quart) and nicer one with more programmable features and a digital timer. Useless now. Amazon says it isn’t warranted or returnable?

There were like scuff marks on the outside of the pot. Will never buy a crock pot of any kind again. Food is way too expensive these days to be ruined in a cooker.

I still have this i bought this 1 year ago it still locks great and cooks great.

The locks, people, are meant for transport, not cooking!

Their slow cooker (without a locking lid) had tipped over in their vehicle and they had hot cheese dip all over the inside of the vehicle.

Packaging/appearance

Arrived in great shape and was actually gifted to my fiancé.

Nice big crock for taking gumbo to a party, as well as making a big recipe for putting portions in storage for a week's meals!

Competitiveness

It cooks a little different than my last crockpot, same brand, but i love it.

I have had many brands and all seem to over time crack along the bottom.
