The only issue that made it lose a star is a design flaw

There is a small ventilation hole underneath the black plastic handle in top of the glass lid

The only way to drain the accumulated fluid is to manually unscrew the handle from the glass lid

However when i pulled the glass liner out to clean it the instruction booklet was laying in the bottom where it had been hot all day

I did however not like however though that it was not delivered in an amazon box but just had a shipping label on its original box for all of the world to see
