Pros
Red crock pot is a wedding gift from 1975, yes, that 45 years ago. It still cooks a small roast or chicken. Perfect for stews and casseroles, etc. Great for making homemade soups and stews.
Cons
I'm so frustrated that i thought it was me and not the item and now it's too late to return. Returning this to amazon. It’s a little on the pricier side so i'm very disappointed that i’ll have to buy a new one.
It is unacceptable for the stonewear to crack based on our usage. There is a major flaw with this product, that is, it has 3 rubber feet that it sits on. The ceramic base cracked in 4 months likely due to poor shipping quality.

Quality
Only my second crock pot in over a decade and this one looks even more durable than the last one i got in 2008.
Really great, the programming is excellent, notifies (beeps) when done.
My biggest complaint is the whole unit gets insanely hot, even the rubber "handles".
I have to throw it out now cause it has the inside finish worn off from all the cleaning over the years.

Delivery excellent and so is the product.
The crockpot came fast too so i didn’t have to wait too long!
