Pros

The color is a teal /turquoise metallic. Bought it off amazon warehouse and was pleasantly surprised by the shape its in.

Cons

Lid is clearly not the right size, at least half an inch clearance around the edge. The ceramic insert is completely warped. Water easily gets trapped under the lid handle.

Hamilton beach is cheap and flimsy. Would appreciate a full refund for a relatively expensive product. Hopefully the more expensive models address some of these shortcomings.

The actual crock is really too small for the outside appliance. Tried to cook a 4 pound beef roast for 8.

The unit worked good washed it up made beef stew in it worked great has great temp control and love the keep warm feature

Crock pot works great, and cooks quickly.

My wife is content with that, but i would like variable control, though that set-up might not be as durable.

A lot of dinners and preserves were prepared in that one - we hope this newer version will prove as durable.

Price

The price was extremely good and it cooks very well.

Good buy for the price for sure.

Reasonably priced for a nice big crockpot.

As always, crockpot made an amazing slow cooker.

The exterior scratches easy and feels a tad thin compared to my old one of the same brand.

It is pretty much as good a crockpot as any other brand i have used.
