Cons

The power cord is very short (25 inches) overall quality is as one should expect from china - not very good. Easy refund. What happened to rival's high quality?

Either my crock-pot is defective (overcharged), or crock pot needs to redesign their units to correct the overheating issue--or--change the cook time (on low) from 10 hours to a more reasonable 5 or 6 hours. Tiny pinholes in the crock itself.

Both products seem to be made in china in the most overly ordered factory with literally the cheapest prices. Worked 1 x then cracked. The poor vegetables that went in with it are literally mush after 3 hours. Just some bean's not my first time.

The crockpot is too hot. It has a cheap, flimsy plastic lid that would be embarrassing to put out for guests. I will give it to goodwill.

Love it easy tonuse and clean still running a year after purchase

Reliable, large, and capable of slowly cooking or quickly cooking at lot of food.

Every time i plugged in the old one i would have to reset the controls and at first it worked, but then gradually it stopped working.

The lid is plastic and there is no way to change the temperature setting.

Price

This is good value for the money.

I’ve never had a need for the little dipper, so the company should just keep it and lower the price.

Late 2022, the crock itself was already broken, and unfortunately for us, the crock alone is equally as expensive as a brand new one.
