Cons

Returned crocs for a refund. The cushioning in these latest crocs is less than what it had been in 2023. I wonder if i get better quality buying them from the croc store instead of amazon.

The shoe is much stiffer, sized smaller and nowhere near as comfortable. The shoes are 1/4 to 1/2 narrower than my previous pair, even after sizing up.

They last a long time, easy to clean, and customizable.
