Pros
The non-slip soles are way firmer than the classic crocs. Comfortable, durable, easily adjusted with warm water if the fit is slightly off. The size fits well.
Cons
Crocs will not warranty anything that is sold on amazon or a third party seller. Zero. Do not recommend.
The shoe is odd sized. They are so snug across the top of my foot i couldn't tolerate them. But one of my shoes shrunk.
The button which is used to connect the strap to the sandal, rubs against your foor. And what's with the nubby bumps on the inside? Can't wear them at all now.

Quality
Snug, comfy (like the little nubs on the sole), and sturdy.
I can say they are of great quality, and hold to the foot well when walking.
It may be specific to my feet, ( i have a really wide foot and high instep, this is the first pair of crocs i have owned that fit me snug.
I used to use orthotics, but my feet still hurt terribly after 8 hours standing in one spot.
Price
I went for the cheapest crocs on amazon and they are very comfortable.

The shoes treads do hold dried grass they picked up from my lawn

I did drill the holes into them on the sides because they made my feet hot but love that the top is closed for a hygiene since i work in a medical office

For detailed context i have owned and worn these crocs every single day in a kitchen area with lots of foot traffic and things like hot grease food scraps etc on the floor for over a year now

If i was not wearing these crocs at the time the bones in my foot would have been crushed instead the weight of the car was distributed as much as possible across my entire foot so everything is bruised but nothing is broken
