Pros

My 8 yr old grandson loves these. They fit like a glove. It makes them look like fancier or something.

Many people know crocs as a slightly looser shoe not so much one with a tight fit. More affordable than all the shoes stores and croc website.

Cons

I am unable to find any customer service number or contact information to reach out to see if the company will resolve this issue. Very poorly made. Can’t return bc of the “window”. Will be returning.

I know crocs tend to shrink, especially in the sun, but these shrink so quickly! There seems no option to return the shoes after this time. Seems no one is checking what’s being mailed out. Items were just thrown in packaging box.

My granddaughter wears a big kids 3 and i ordered the 4 and it barely fits now. The strap is shorter and the inside height of the shoe is shorter on one shoe. It's smaller, has a steeper curve at the front and has an upside-down logo.
