Pros
Looks fantastic. Photo shows it straight out of the box without fanning it out. Overall, i like how it compliments my living room.
It definitely looks better in a planter. Placed in a pot with rocks. It’s nice and full and you can move the branches around to your liking. Fill in the corner of our patio perfectly.
Easy to assemble (comes with qr code for video instructions but wasn't necessary), color is rich green (so looks real), packaged perfect with no damage. The seller is great they came in early and great packaging and easy to assemble.
These trees are awesome! These pair of palms are very realistic. They look great i could buy like 4 more but the prise.
Overall happy with the fake palm. Extremely satisfied with product. The item is very life-like.

Vibrant green colors, sturdy stalks, life-like leaves.
Even so, assembly was a breeze, shaping also extremely easy, and the finished results better than i had expected!
Base is tippy unless supported (i have mine buried in river rocks).
My husband didn't even know this plant is fake!

Was very skeptical considering the price was so affordable but i am beyond satisfied!
I searched the net for fake palms - they're so expensive!
I think for the price, you will have a hard time finding anything as nice as this.
I honestly had fairly low expectations due to the reasonable price.
Shipping
Seller is incredibly responsive and helped to quickly resolve a shipping issue.
Received the wrong plant at first but they sent me a replacement right away.
Packaging/appearance
Item was packed very well, no damage at all.
This came in a sturdy box within another sturdy box.
Product came like i expected, some leaves are curled at the tips though due to tight packaging, i hope they straighten out over time.
Looks real just luke the picture right size right length
