Pros
It looks much nicer than ones i’ve seen at my local hobby store. The plant is big and it is suitable for indoor and outdoor.
Stems appear to be needed for manufacturing the cylindrical shape of the stalk. Easy to set up, durable and the leaves can be twisted to face any direction.
Wipe down the leaves with a damp microfiber cloth to keep the dust from making my tree look fake. When it gets dusty just blow with a can of air or wipe it down with a cloth.
This comes in a small planter pot. Add a filler {like moss, or pretty stones}.
Cons
The leaves are so perfect, they look very fake. If you bend the leaves downward to not show that underside, the plant isn't a very attractive shape. Reordered and got the same.

It means that every time i try to grow a houseplant i end up looking up one day and there is a brown dead plant

The leaves are shapeable so you can adjust the plant to look how you want and when it gets dusty just blow with a can of air or wipe it down with a cloth

The way the leaves are made they’re meant to be standing straight up folded down at all and you’re looking at the “wrong” side which is noticeable as fake
