Added a little grease to the sliders.
Used them to secure a roof top rigid carrier for a week long trip. The rails really look great and help to keep your gear tied down.

I would say the quality is on par with most genuine toyota parts i've seen.
No complaints or problems with the install process whatsoever.

Be careful and mark on tape where to pry the existing plastic rear rail covers

I used a paint can opener to pry off the end caps
