I got a size xs in the beginning because i know i have small hands but it didn’t fit well on my pinky finger

So i email them for an exchange they were so kind that they just sent me the size small instead and told me to keep the xs

My hand measured 9 which indicated a large size but the finger loops were too tight and restricted circulation

The only thing i felt was challenging so far with the gloves on was a rope pull i felt like i couldnt get a good grip on the rope but it might just be that my overall grip strength is still fairly weak

Its too soon to speak about durability but since im not lifting an enormous amount of weight yet only time will tell
