Pros

Mava gloves are the best. The ginger webbing gets pushed into the space between your fingers a bit more. It makes it feel like wearing a glove.

From pull ups in between ea set of weights to hiit and crossfit. I workout very hard with heavy weights 6 days a week and these gloves hold up.

Cons

Good concept for a crossfit glove but not well made. The material is neoprene not leather. The stitching of the seams starts to come undone in the palm and finger loop areas.
