Really great for both weightlifting and cardio work like pull ups rowing and kettle bell swing only con i found was that while performing pushups the finger loops cut uncomfortably at the webbing between your fingers

Update i was contacted by customer support after posting my first review and sent a replacement pair of glove as they felt that the issue was a quality control issue and not the norm for their product

Durability at least on the one pair i got was bad the person i gave them as a christmas gift only got to enjoy them for a month and they ripped 😤
