The hand part fits perfect. Xs fit great.

Cons

The rubber pad in the palm is made out of a stiff rubber-like material. The threads are very low quality and frays in places that don't even touch a dumbbell. While they are comfortable and fit well, they provide no grip whatsoever for weightlifting.

The stitching on these gloves go bad before anything else. Even the logos on each one align differently. Over all it makes the glove look weird and wish they did a better job of centering the logo.
