These crossfitweightlifting cloves with wrist straps are helpful during my workout they help keep my hands from getting hurt and they help me get a good grip i did get xl for my husband because hes a very big guy and the wrist gloves were good for him but the others that just fit on the fingers were too small but it worked out good for me cause i get to wear them so now we both have a pair i like them because they let me get a good grip without getting blisters and he likes the wrist straps says they give him support

As for the seperate pads i cant use them because the fjnger holes are so small
